Hi, I’m Grey.
I’m a neurospicy ’80s baby on a journey to find myself through stories, poetry, journaling, and whatever else inspires me. I created discarded.ink as a place to share what I make in a space that feels safe, away from the toxicity of modern internet hubs.
The look and feel of this site was inspired by INK., an alternative publication from the 1970s that wasn’t afraid to explore counterculture politics and social issues. It aimed to challenge the status quo, champion outlaw perspectives, and break social taboos.
